With your Solis-id comes a password. You can reset the password in several ways, preferably through the selfservice page.

Changing your Solis password via the selfservice page

You can change your Solis password via de selfservice page.

  • Open the selfservice page.
  • Login using your current Solis-id and password.
  • On the next page, click Change Password.
  • You will be presented with the criteria a valid password must meet; alternatively, you can have the system generate a new password for you..
  • Enter your new password and click Change Password.

Have you forgotten your Solis password?

You can use the selfservice page to have your password reset. However, this only works when you have provided a private e-mail address.

If you cannot use the selfservice to reset your password, you should contact ITS through extension 4500, or the Servicepoint.
