With your Solis-id comes a password. You can reset the password in several ways, preferably through the selfservice page.

Changing your Solis password via the selfservice page

You can change your Solis password via de selfservice page.

  • Open the selfservice page.
  • Login using your current Solis-id and password.
  • On the next page, click Change Password.
  • You will be presented with the criteria a valid password must meet; alternatively, you can have the system generate a new password for you..
  • Enter your new password and click Change Password.

Changing your Solis password via the Solis-ugids

You can change your Solis password via de Solis-ugids:

  • Open the Solis-ugids.
  • Click on 'Eigen gegevens' and use your Solis-id to login.
  • Click on 'Wachtwoord wijzigen' near the bottom of the page.
  • A password should meet some criteria, the most import of which are:
    • at least 2 and at most 32 characters long;
    • at least 1 letter;
    • at least 1 digit;
    • at least 1 character that is not a letter or a digit
    • no space, and none of the following characters: + @ # " / \
  • It can take up to 20 minutes for the password to be recognized in all systems..

Have you forgotten your Solis password?

You can use the selfservice page to have your password reset. However, this only works when you have provided a private e-mail address, which you can enter via the Solis-ugids. Make sure you have netered a private e-mail address, for once you have lost your password, you will no longer be able to! The private e-mail address will not be shown on UU pages.

If you cannot use the selfservice to reset your password, you should contact the IT Service Desk.
